I’m doing this challenge with my momma. It’s a vegan diet that also eliminates anything like preservatives, oils and added salts. Vegan alone is going to be difficult, no preservatives will be super hard too. No coffee, no regular breads, no regular pasta, no salad dressing on my salad. We even have to make our own salsa, guacamole and hummus. You can eat unlimited vegetables too, you just have to make sure to log everything you eat. I don’t eat very much as it is anyway; I have an unconscious habit of binging and purging. So it shouldn’t be THAT difficult. I’m just worried about going to friend’s houses. Whatever though, it will certainly be difficult but if I stick to it, it removes SO many impurities and toxins from your body after 28 days.
